"The 2014 La Muse is composed of 88% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec. Deep garnet-purple in color, it sings of crushed black cherries, black raspberries and warm plums with nuances of violets, dark chocolate, truffles and smoked meats plus a waft of iron ore. Full-bodied, rich and opulently fruited in the mouth, it has a firm frame of super ripe, grainy tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing with epic length and depth. This is a profoundly beautiful expression of Merlot."
