Order Flow 訂單流程

第一步：選購並下單

瀏覽商品：在我們的網站上瀏覽紅酒或白酒的詳細資訊。

加入購物車：選擇您喜歡的商品，點擊「加入購物車」按鈕。

進入結帳頁面：確認購物車內容無誤後，點擊「結帳」按鈕。

填寫收貨資訊：輸入必要資訊。

選擇支付方式：選擇「電子支付」或「貨到付款」。

電子支付方式：

• FPS 轉數快
• PayMe
• Alipay HK
• WeChatPay

確認訂單：再次核對所有資訊，然後點擊「完成訂單」。

訂單確認：系統會發送訂單確認郵件至您的電子郵箱。

第二步：安排物流

訂單確認與處理：我們會在收到訂單後進行確認。

安排物流：訂單確認後，我們會在0-2個工作天內安排物流，並將您的訂單交由SF物流公司處理。系統會發送物流單號郵件至您的電子郵箱。

物流追蹤：您可以在訂單詳情頁面查看物流狀態，並獲取物流單號以便追蹤配送進度。

第三步：送貨到指定地址

配送開始：SF物流公司會根據您提供的地址開始配送，通常從下單到收到貨品需要3-5個工作天。

收貨確認：當商品送達指定地址時，請檢查包裹是否完好無損。若選擇「貨到付款」，請準備好現金支付。

簽收與完成：訂單流程即完成。若您對商品有任何問題，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。

Step 1: Select and Place Your Order

Browse Products: Browse detailed information about red or white wine on our website.

Add to Cart: Select your desired products and click the "Add to Cart" button.

Proceed to Checkout: After confirming the contents of your cart, click the "Checkout" button.

Fill in Shipping Information: Enter the necessary information.

Select Payment Method: Choose either "Electronic Payment" or "Cash on Delivery".

Electronic Payment Methods:

• FPS (Faster Payment System)
• PayMe
• Alipay HK
• WeChatPay

Confirm Order: Double-check all information and then click "Complete Order".

Order Confirmation: The system will send an order confirmation email to your inbox.

Step 2: Arrange Logistics

Order Confirmation and Processing: We will confirm your order after receiving it.

Arrange Logistics: After confirming the order, we will arrange logistics within 0-2 working days and hand over your order to SF Logistics. The system will send a tracking number email to your inbox.

Logistics Tracking: You can check the logistics status on the order details page and obtain the tracking number to monitor delivery progress.

Step 3: Delivery to Designated Address

Delivery Begins: SF Logistics will start delivery based on the address you provided, usually taking 3-5 working days from order to receipt of goods.

Receipt Confirmation: When the goods arrive at the designated address, please check if the package is intact. If you chose "Cash on Delivery," please have cash ready for payment.

Sign for Receipt and Completion: The order process is complete. If you have any issues with the product, please contact our customer service team.
