「鬼侍日本調和威士忌」（Onikishi）其名源自日語——「鬼」（Oni）意為惡魔，「騎士」（Kishi）即為武士，同時結合我們的中日文名稱「鬼侍」（普通話拼音：Guǐ shì / Gway-Shee），在日語中亦可稱作「鬼サムライ」（Oni Samurai）。
《鬼侍》日本调和威士忌展现出层次丰富的香气谱系：初闻是香草与蜂蜜的甜美主调，交织着若隐若现的柑橘清香；澄澈的麦芽芬芳与淡雅花香彼此烘托。入口细腻平衡，白橡木桶孕育出雪松木质与香草的双重韵味。尾段以纯净麦香收束，甜感圆融绵长，余韵如羽拂面。
Description
Onikishi derives its name from the Japanese words “Oni” meaning Demon and “Kishi” meaning Knight, which we also combine with our Japanese/Chinese name “鬼侍” which translates as Guǐ shì (Gway-Shee) in Putonghua and can also be referred to as Oni Samurai in Japanese.
Onikishi Japanese Blended Whisky unveils a sophisticated aromatic profile: opening with a sweet harmony of vanilla and honey, delicately interlaced with subtle citrus undertones. The crystal-clear malt fragrance elegantly complements the floral notes.
On the palate, it presents remarkable balance and finesse, revealing dual layers of cedar woodiness and vanilla—crafted through maturation in white oak casks. The finish highlights the purity of malt, with a rounded sweetness that lingers softly, leaving a feather-light, whisper-like afterglow.
