Tasting Notes

The 2015 Château Talbot is a blend of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, and 8% Petit Verdot. It offers a deep garnet-purple color and opens with aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, and plums, followed by hints of cedar, tobacco, and graphite. The palate is full-bodied with a rich, concentrated structure, firm yet ripe tannins, and a long, savory finish. This is a classic Saint-Julien with excellent aging potential and a beautiful expression of the 2015 vintage.""

A powerful and structured wine with aromas of blackcurrants, black cherries, and dark chocolate, complemented by notes of cedar and spices. The palate is full-bodied with dense tannins and a velvety texture, offering a balanced and harmonious profile. The finish is long and layered, with a touch of minerality. A stunning wine that showcases the elegance and power of Saint-Julien.
