"It is arguably the finest NV Brut Champagne on the market today... a profound wine of great complexity, intensity, and class. It boasts a stunningly creamy mousse and layers of flavor ranging from baked apple and pear to toast and spice."
A deep, radiant gold color with persistent, delicate bubbles. The nose is an intense and complex bouquet of fresh fruit (ripe pear, apricot), dried fruit (fig, date), and unmistakable aromas of brioche, toasted almonds, and crème brûlée derived from its long aging. The palate is rich, full-bodied, and incredibly creamy. It reveals flavors of baked apple, honey, and a hint of cocoa and spices, all balanced by a refreshing citrus acidity. The finish is exceptionally long, smooth, and memorable.
